Helussi Hotel - Paris

The balcony in our room was a delightful surprise! The staff were super attentive and the location made it so easy to explore Paris. The only downside was that the sauna was out of order during our stay. 😊

The location of the hotel in Paris is amazing and ideal, very close to the metro stations and the Railway stations as well as all major attractions. 9th arr. District definitely deserves exploring. The rooms are lovely modern and individually decorated here with a comfortable big bed and lovely view and chocolate👍

Hotel was fairly clean, outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite staff.

I loved staying here, with easy access to the Gare du Nord just a 15-minute walk away and Montmartre only 500 meters further, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

well-maintained rooms with a balcony, felt like home. the location was absolutely perfect in the center of paris close to gare du nord and easy for visiting a museum and a cathedral minutes from the hotel.

Recently updated clean rooms and soundproof accommodations.

My experience was far from pleasant. The shower in my room constantly dripped, made sleep impossible. To add to my frustration, the wardrobe door was broken, and the room smelled musty, likely from the outdated and thick carpet. I can't believe I had to deal with these issues .

The warm and cute staff, and I appreciated the comfortable room, complemented by a lovely coffee maker. The location is ideal, only a short walk from Metro stations and delicious local cafés.

The staff were friendly. Our room featured a beautiful city view that we thoroughly enjoyed . The proximity to the metro was fantastic, with access to various attractions.

The room was spacious and immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a good balcony to enjoy the views. Staff members were friendly, providing helpful information and even a complimentary treat when I returned to the hotel.

The location was super great, just a few mins walk to the metro. The staff were always smiling and really helpful. Our room was big and clean, with a comfy bed and nice view of the city. They even had a coffee machine in the room, awsome for coffee lovers. Loved the breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and pastries!

One issue was the shower drainage which was a bit slow, so water overflowed a bit. The climb from the metro back to the hotel can be a little tough after a long day.

The Double or Twin Room with Courtyard View was really spacious and super clean, nice. The bathroom had a lovely shower, and the comfy bed made it easy to relax. I loved the little balcony too! The location was sweet, super close to restaurants and a metro station, but it was quiet enough at night for a good sleep. Definitely felt pampered with the welcome service!

The staff were great, going above and beyond to assist, including providing a much-appreciated complimentary drink at check-in. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and meats. The location was handy, being just a short walk away from key attractions 😊

the twin beds were a bit narrow 🤔.

It was a charming little hotel in a mostly residential area. Just next door to restaurants, the Metro, and the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est. - the service was exceptional. - I had 1 wonderful night here.
